When I think of the journey I just took of 24 hours it reminds me of this great scene from Forrest Gump. It so simple yet so intuitievely deep on an emotional level that for me at least, it embodies much of where the drive to do this stuff comes from.
Watch it for yourself and see if it emits anything from your inner runner...
